DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit equal to one night's stay (or 25% on a stay of 4 nights or more) is due within seven 7 days of making your reservations. Full payment is due within 30 days of your arrival date in order to take advantage of our express check-in service. For holiday weekend reservations*, payment in full is required within seven 7 days of making your reservations.

* Holiday rates apply to Memorial Day and Columbus Day Weekends


CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations made up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $20 handling fee per site. Cancellations made 13 - 7 days prior to your arrival date will receive a Danforth Bay Camping Credit, less a $20 handling fee per site.

For cancellations made 6 days or less prior to your arrival date, there is no refund or credit.


Changes in arrival or departure dates must be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival to avoid penalties. (Except for required minimum week-long reservations made before May 1st, which may not be shortened.)
