At Danforth Bay, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all vacations. We know that some campers want to spend their days casting lines, some want to cook their favorite recipes over a fire, some want to enjoy time outdoors enjoying scenic hikes and stand-up paddleboarding and some just want to spend as much time as possible sunbathing on the beach. That’s why we offer all kinds of sites and cabins for all kinds of campers. Whether you’re the kind of person who wants to bring your own 40’ Class A RV with all its bells and whistles or you’re the kind of person who wants to bring nothing more than a quick pop-up tent, at Danforth Bay, you’ll find the perfect site for a camping trip that feels just right.
Did you know that by bringing firewood from home, you could be transporting invasive insects and diseases too? For that reason, New Hampshire state regulations prohibit bringing out-of-state firewood into New Hampshire. They recommend buying and using firewood as locally as possible. The Depot Store at Danforth Bay sells bundles of firewood. Help us keep our pine forests as pristine as possible by using safe firewood practices.
